Commonly Asked Questions Answered - Please Read

• To log in, press the Key looking icon below. It takes you to the WashU Key sign-in page. There is no need to type a username or password on the CNDA login page.
• Your login works via WashU Key. As long as your WashU Key is signed in, pressing the Key icon below logs you straight in.
• If you ever forget your WashU Key username or password, please email the WashU IT department at ithelp@wustl.edu.
• When registering for a new account, don't forget to pick and type in a username. If you had a CNDA1 account, use the same username you had there so we can easily restore your project access.

CNDA2 Migration Complete - Please Use CNDA2 Going Forward

CNDA2 is now live at the same address, cnda.wustl.edu. There is no separate URL to bookmark.

Login has changed: CNDA2 uses your WashU Key to log in, not your CNDA username and password.

Existing CNDA1 users: after you register for your new account, we will restore your project access.
