We are currently investigating an issue in which changes to the project prearchive/archive setting do not take effect immediately. We hope to resolve this soon.


In a related issue, project access granted to users sometimes does not take effect immediately. The affected user can follow these instructions as a workaround until we have resolved the issue.


1. Log into CNDA.

2. In the top right hand area of the browser, you will see: Logged in as: 'your CNDA User Id'.

3. Click on the 'your CNDA User Id' link.

4. In the left hand tabs, click "Manage Cached Resources".

5. Click "Reset Access Cache".
